'1-Year Full Warranty' implies Sage's Circuits liability and obligation to replace, repair, or refund, any damaged [or faulty] system [or system component] that is found to be damaged [or faulty] through no fault of the customer or an "Act of God" (i.e. lightning strike, flood, etc.)
In such a case, any system [or system component] will be replaced, repaired, or refunded, within a reasonable timeframe and at no cost to the customer; and based off the customers preferences.

In the case of a faulty or damaged component; the system will need to be returned to Sage's Circuits for repair. Any shipping charges will be covered by Sage's Circuits. The aforementioned component will be replaced by 'Sage's Circuits' making a warranty claim on your behalf with the manufacturer of the faulty, or damaged, component. The process of receiving a replacement component varies between manufacturers. The time frame also varies depending on the manufacturer's policies. Once the replacement component has been received, it will be promptly installed and the system booted to ensure functionality. After functionality is confirmed, the system will be promptly returned to the customer in a timely manner.

If the customer wishes to return the PC and receive a refund: an assessment of the system will be made to determine functionality and diagnose the issues experienced. If the system is found to be damaged or faulty, a further assessment will be made in-good-faith to determine a cause. If a damaged or faulty system is found to be damaged or faulty through no fault of the customer and not through an uncontrollable natural event or disaster (Act of God), a full refund (omitting any sales tax collected) will be given promptly and in a timely manner.
This warranty cannot be claimed more than once per system and/or twice per customer, per year.

'3-Year Limited Warranty' implies 'Sage's Circuits' liability and obligation to replace or repair any damaged, or faulty, system [or system component] that is found to be damaged, or faulty, through no fault of the customer and not through an "Act of God" (i.e. lightning strike, flood, etc.).
In such a case, any system [or system component] will be replaced or repaired within a reasonable timeframe, at no cost to the customer and at minimal cost to 'Sage's Circuits'. The system will be assessed remotely, unless locally dropped-off for diagnosis, and a cause to the faulty or damaged component will be determined. After diagnosis, a proper course of action to restore functionality of the system will be discussed and enacted.
This warranty cannot be claimed more than once per system and/or twice per customer per year.
-Neither warranty can be claimed if a customer has been found to have willfully or purposefully damaged the system or system components through either intentional or accidental means.
